Your Controls
- Block users — Prevent specific users from discovering or contacting you
- Report abuse — Flag harassment, fraud, impersonation, or other violations
- Control visibility — Choose who sees your profile (private, members only, or public)
- Withdraw requests — Cancel a request at any time before it's referred
- Set capacity limits — Control how many requests you receive per period
- Pause availability — Temporarily stop receiving new requests
What We Prevent
- Resume harvesting — No bulk export, signed URLs, request-scoped access
- Referral spam — Eligibility gates, quotas, cooldowns, duplicate prevention
- Impersonation — Email verification, evidence review, manual verification
- Mass outreach — Structured requests, one-at-a-time submission
Reporting Issues
If you experience or witness any safety concerns, please report them immediately. You can report users directly from their profile or from a referral request. All reports are confidential and reviewed within 24 hours.
Account Security
- Sign in with email OTP, password, or magic link
- Sign out of all devices at any time
- Request a full data export of your account
- Request account deletion with a 30-day grace period
