By accessing or using PinkSlipCrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PinkSlipCrew. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Platform Description

PinkSlipCrew is a professional referral network for people affected by layoffs. We facilitate connections between Referral Seekers and Referrers. We do not guarantee referrals, interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information
• Not impersonate another person or organization
• Not send spam, mass requests, or policy-violating content
• Not attempt to harvest resumes or contact information
• Respect referrer discretion and capacity limits

5. Referral Discretion

All referrals are entirely discretionary. A Referrer's acceptance of a request indicates an intention to help, not a guarantee of any specific outcome. The platform never claims an application exists unless confirmed by the Referrer.

6. Privacy and Data

Your resume and personal data are private by default. You control what is shared and with whom. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and your rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on PinkSlipCrew are the property of PinkSlipCrew or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the platform, please contact us at legal@pinkslipcrew.com with details of the alleged infringement.

8. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended users may appeal through the platform's appeal process. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PinkSlipCrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PinkSlipCrew shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of account creation by contacting legal@pinkslipcrew.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
